  Brendan HarnettExecutive Program Director

Brendan currently serves as the executive director for T-PEP and manages the primary responsibilities associated with curriculum design and organizational development. In 2005 he helped co-develop a youth technology summer education program for Friends' Central High School focused on web development and graphics design. He currently works as a management consultant for ZS Associates, an international consulting firm helping clients in the pharmaceutical industry improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing programs.

Brendan holds a BS with Honors and Distinction in Computer Science from Penn State University.

Adrian Oei – Associate Program Director

Adrian serves as Associate Program Director for T-PEP and provides strategic advice to the organization on various business and legal issues. Outside of T-PEP, Adrian is splitting his time between learning the ins and outs of Social Security Law at Community Legal Services' North Philadelphia office and teaching high school students at Mastery Charter Schools' Thomas Campus in South Philadelphia. 

Adrian holds a BS in Biology from Oberlin College and a JD from Temple Univeristy's Beasley School of Law.

Jose Alvarez - Youth Education Specialist

Jose works with T-PEP to help promote the organization's mission within the local educational community. Using his experience as a school guidance counselor and behavior specialist, Jose also advises T-PEP on matters involving youth education tactics and effective curriculum design. He has served as a guidance counselor for schools in the Philadelphia area, and is currently working as a behavioral specialist consultant.

Jose is a licensed behavior specialist in Pennsylvania and a certified school counselor in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also holds a masters degree in school counseling.

Christopher Javan - Adult & Youth Education Specialist/Webmaster

Christopher works with T-PEP to help the organization educate learners of all ages with invaluable technological and life skills. He utilizes his experience as a college professor in both the Dominican Republic and the United States to tutor students with an appetite for knowledge. Cirriculum design, education tactics and organizational development are just some of the many roles Christopher brings to the organization. Christopher also uses his extensive experience and research in the field of technology to maintain the website.

Christopher is a licensed teacher for K-12 and Professor at the college level for the state of Pennsylvania. He received a bachelor's degree in Security and Risk Analysis (SRA) from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master's in Education for Business, Computers and Information Technology from Temple University. He currently works at Montgomery County Community College as a Technology Professor.
